TWO MOTALA LIFTS REPAIRED IN ONE DAY
WHAT THE JOB INVOLVED
Two Motala lift repairs in one day. The first was diagnosed with faulty relays, with replacement parts ordered for follow-up. The second presented with loud knocking, scraping in the shaft, and intermittent faults, found to be a damaged magnetic switch bracket with mag switches out of position. The lift was stripped, the bracket repaired and reinstalled, and the shaft rebuilt and tested.
RESULT
Lift returned to safe operation after mag switch bracket repair and full shaft rebuild.
