I've spent over 15 years working on platform lifts, stairlifts, hoists, and through-floor lifts across London, Kent, and the South East. Platform lifts are my specialism. They're a different beast to stairlifts and need a different level of expertise. The process
Call, WhatsApp or send photos. A model number, a serial plate or an error code on the screen tells us more than anything else you can give us.
Harry looks at what you've sent and tells you what it most likely is, whether it needs a visit, and how urgent it is.
We attend and diagnose properly. Some faults are fixed on the spot. Some need a part ordering, and we'll say so rather than guess.
Repair, service or replace, with the reasoning and a fixed price. If repairing is the better call, we'll say that even though replacing pays us more.
Carried out to manufacturer specification, tested, and left clean. You get told what was done and what to watch.
The same number, the same engineer. Aftercare is the part most people only find out about when something goes wrong the second time.
